A directory can be printed, or saved as a PDF file. The contents of the Directory is driven by the logic used in the EXTRACT screen to extract names.
All names can be printed on standard 3 up labels. The information can be one label per name, or family information can be combined into one label. The names selected for labels is driven by the logic in the EXTRACT screen.
Any combination of names selected in the EXTRACT screen can be driven to an Excel spreadsheet.
The email addresses from the names selected in the EXTRACT screen can be driven to a new Outlook email.
